Professional Journey
Director of Digital Growth: At WorkMoney, I led digital strategies to connect over 20 million low and moderate income Americans with timely, actionable access to public benefits and financial relief programs. My role centered on building communications that responded dynamically to shifting policy environments, from SNAP eligibility to SSI, ACP, and more, delivered at scale through personalized messaging. I worked cross-functionally with legal, policy, product, and data science teams to translate complex, often volatile policy information into accessible digital experiences. Managed a $24 million budget and drove membership growth by 4.1 million.

Mobile Campaign Manager: At Supermajority, I led national digital campaigns that mobilized women and communities of color around civic engagement during the 2020 election cycle. My work integrated digital advertising, voter data, SMS, chatbots, and an adaptive content strategy to engage voters in key states. Amid shifting platforms and compliance landscapes, I developed and executed real-time messaging strategies that emphasized trust, clarity, and accessibility, helping drive over 150,000 targeted voter actions. This experience deepened my commitment to designing communications systems that are both people-centered and resilient to the technical and political frictions that often undermine equitable participation.
Supermajority
Digital Strategist: I launched and led the organization’s first national Latino digital engagement program, building multilingual infrastructure to expand access to environmental advocacy and government programs. I developed bilingual content strategies, optimized user journeys across digital ads, chatbots, web, email, and social platforms, and established tagging and analytics systems to track engagement across language demographics. This work not only grew our Spanish-speaking audience and staff capacity, but also laid the groundwork for more inclusive digital campaigning, grounded in culturally competent storytelling and equitable access to environmental information
Sierra Club
Communications & Marketing Coordinator: I supported the marketing team through a variety of strategic and operational tasks aimed at enhancing brand visibility and audience engagement. My role involved conducting market research to gather data on target audiences, analyzing trends, and evaluating campaign performance to inform and optimize future initiatives. I coordinated promotional events and trade shows to boost brand awareness and foster stakeholder engagement. Additionally, I managed the development of marketing content across platforms, including website updates, social media posts, and email newsletters.
American Botanical Council
Communications & Development Coordinator: I worked closely with the Executive Director to support the organization’s development, communications, and marketing initiatives. My work focused on creating unique, authentic, and engaging digital experiences that enhanced brand consideration and membership retention. I contributed to the development and execution of foundation and fundraising strategies, including researching funding opportunities, drafting proposals, and cultivating relationships with foundation officials. I also played a key role in crafting media kits, donor reports, and campaign messaging tailored for external stakeholders and funders. Additionally, I ensured all content met organizational standards by facilitating approval processes with technical leads and legal advisors.
Progressive Technology Project
Communications & Marketing Coordinator: I contributed to a range of communications efforts aimed at supporting the organization's mission to achieve equity for women by changing the face of power in Texas. My responsibilities included brainstorming and creating compelling social media content, drafting copy for emails, press releases, and website updates, and monitoring media coverage to track relevant stories and mentions. I gained hands-on experience in brand building, learning how to craft a political identity and produce engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Additionally, I assisted in developing effective outreach strategies to support the recruitment, training, support, and election of progressive women committed to advancing the self-determination, health, safety, and financial security of Texas women and their families.

Political Director: I led political strategy and communications to advance civic participation and labor justice in Texas’s immigrant and working-class communities. I oversaw integrated voter engagement campaigns, coordinated digital fundraising efforts, and built cross-channel messaging to support policy advocacy and ballot initiatives. My work included managing staff, cultivating donor relationships, and aligning C3/C4 programs to strengthen community infrastructure for long-term power. This experience reinforced my commitment to equitable systems design and the critical role of narrative in driving structural change.
Co-Director/Political Director: I co-directed civic engagement efforts that combined data analysis, community organizing, and digital advocacy to advance racial and economic justice across the U.S. South. I led a redistricting coalition that successfully increased minority-majority districts, using ARCGIS mapping, election data, and participatory design with local communities. I also integrated C3/C4 organizing strategies and led intergenerational narrative campaigns, such as the South by Southwest Experiment, to foster solidarity across Black, Indigenous, Immigrant, and Latinx communities. This work shaped my approach to building systems that center community knowledge, equity, and collective agency.
